This page explains what data the infraone.fr website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible?
InfraOne Systems. For any question about your data: contact@infraone.fr.
Data collected
Contact form: need, description, name, company, country, email or phone, budget and timeline (optional), and proof of your consent.
AI assistant: the messages you type are used to produce the answer. No conversation is stored on the server by default; a temporary session identifier is kept in your browser and expires when you close the tab. Do not enter confidential data.
WhatsApp and email: a click simply opens the app you chose; no data is transmitted until you send a message.
Purposes
To answer your request, point you to the right offer and follow up on our exchange. Marketing or newsletter information is only sent with your separate, unticked-by-default consent.
Recipients
Authorised members of the InfraOne team and the technical providers strictly needed: hosting, transactional email and, if the generative assistant is enabled, the AI model provider, which receives the text of your messages and excerpts from the site.
Retention (proposed)
Assistant session: 24 hours at most. Requests with no follow-up: deleted or anonymised after 12 months. Backups expire according to the host’s documented cycle.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses no advertising cookies. Audience measurement, if enabled, uses neither cookies nor personal identifiers; refusing measurement blocks neither browsing nor contact.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@infraone.fr. We erase data from live systems; backups expire on their documented cycle.
